Hargeisa: Abdul Rafay Afzal, Editor-in-Chief of The Advocate Post and an international legal and policy expert, held a high-level meeting with H.E. Muse Askar Guled, Acting Minister of Information, Culture & National Guidance of the Republic of Somaliland, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Hargeisa.
