Hargeisa: Abdul Rafay Afzal, Editor-in-Chief of The Advocate Post and an emerging international voice on governance, geopolitics, and public policy, held a high-level meeting with H.E. Abubakar Cabdiraxman Good, Somaliland’s Minister of Water Resources Development, at the Maan Soor Hotel in Hargeisa.
