Hargeisa: Abdul Rafay Afzal, Editor-in-Chief of The Advocate Post and an emerging international voice on governance, geopolitics, and public policy, held a high-level meeting with H.E. Abubakar Cabdiraxman Good, Somaliland’s Minister of Water Resources Development, at the Maan Soor Hotel in Hargeisa. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Amin Hashi, Marketing Manager of Maan Soor Hotel, who facilitated the engagement.

H.E.
