Hargeisa: In a landmark gesture of international goodwill, Abdul Rafay Afzal, Editor-in-Chief of The Advocate Post and President of the Civil Society Network Pakistan (Youth), was invited by His Excellency President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) to the prestigious Presidential Banquet at Somaliland’s Presidential Palace in Hargeisa.
